Still You

A Retreat for Mums - from the founder of Mums Milk & Mayhem podcast

A trip for mums who give everything to everyone else, built for rest, movement, and honest conversations.

The why

It's no secret that being a mum is hard

But being a mum is even harder when you struggle to find other women who truly understand the intricacies of motherhood. We still live in a world where women are sometimes made to feel guilty or misunderstood, and where certain topics still feel taboo, as if they shouldn't be spoken out loud.

I want to change that.

I became a mum in 2025, and I found the shift deeply challenging. But the journey became lighter and more joyful the moment I found someone to share it all with. She, like me, opened up and shared her experience, and together we built a friendship that made the hard moments feel a little easier.

We often forget how powerful it is to simply talk, and to connect with others who truly get it. And it's easy to lose sight of the fact that being a better mum, partner and human starts with prioritising yourself and investing in your own wellbeing.

That's what this Retreat is for. It's built around three key pillars: Movement, to prioritise our bodies; Relaxation, because we deserve it; and Connection, to stop feeling alone and misunderstood.

Because that sense of belonging and self-care shouldn't be a luxury in motherhood, it's essential to a happier, healthier journey.

This is a space where every mum can speak freely, is free to be understood, and free from judgement.

This Retreat is for you to remember that you are Still You.

What to expect

What to expect

This retreat is built around three simple pillars, and every single day of your stay includes all three: movement, relaxation, and connection.

Movement

Movement is one of the most effective ways to elevate our mood and wellbeing. Each day at the Retreat offers a different way to move: a hike, a yoga class, or a strength session. Thoughtfully designed to leave you feeling energised.

Relaxation

As mums, we rarely get real time back for ourselves. Each day carves out space to properly unwind, whether that's a massage, time by the pool or simply sitting with a book you haven't touched in years. This time is entirely yours.

Connection

Every day includes intentional conversation, created to help you open up, be honest, and really bond with the women around you. Expect moments where you will be encouraged to talk about your experiences in an environment that is free of judgement.

Food, Curated for You

Each day at the villa, a private chef will be thoughtfully preparing every meal. Expect the vibrant, sun-soaked flavours of Andalucía: fresh, seasonal, and made with care, so all you have to do is sit down, savour, and let yourself be looked after.

When You Leave

You'll leave feeling rested, recharged, and reconnected to yourself, ready to take on the months ahead with a fuller cup. It's more than just a great few days away, it's a space to build real friendships, the kind of connections that last well beyond the retreat. You'll also walk away with practical wisdom, tips and advice from other mums who are figuring it out too. But most of all, you'll have given yourself something mums rarely give themselves: a few days that were entirely, unapologetically Yours.

Where you'll be staying

Casa Rural Sansaba

Tucked among olive groves just outside Carmona, half an hour from Seville, Casa Rural Sansaba is yours entirely for the duration of your stay.

Nine bedrooms, several en-suite, sit within an estate built for both gathering and quiet: a pool, a garden lawn, shaded porches, and olive groves in every direction. Linen, towels, and toiletries are ready on arrival, the fireplace is stocked, and a private chef is on hand whenever you'd rather not cook.

This is a space for long tables, open kitchens, and evenings that spill onto the porch under an Andalusian sky.

Questions

The things people ask

Absolutely, come as you are. Many of our mums arrive solo and leave having made friends for life. Do note that coming alone means you'll have a private room to yourself, giving you your own peaceful retreat within the retreat.
